A wonderful collection of drawings by Hiroshi Kan, whose meticulously composed works, with a dazzling use of geometry and shape contrasts, are intensely enhanced by the color hues of the Risograph printing (Animal Press is a master of that discipline, aren’t they)(yet the scanner at After 8 Books can’t get the colors of the book right). Mind the title of this book: Œuvres. This ain’t no picnic.
