As part of our “Mi-Monstre Mi-Livre” project, we are screening 3 films by Gintaras Didžiapetris at L’Archipel, 17 bd de Strasbourg, a cinema just so very close to the bookstore that you can check the artist’s books before you go there.

>> En 2022, l’artiste lituanien Gintaras Didžiapetris a publié, avec la maison d’édition Six Chairs Books à Vilnius, un livre de photographies, The Classic of in Passing, rassemblant des images de Taipei et de Tokyo. Cette séance présentera, pour la première fois en France, deux vidéos issues de ce projet, Current in Love Wonder (2017) et Turtle (2018), ainsi qu’une toute nouvelle œuvre, Seasons (2024).

<< In 2022 Gintaras Didžiapetris, published a photography album titled, The Classic of in Passing, consisting of photographs from Taipei and Tokyo. This screening will premiere in Paris two video works related to this project: Current in Love Wonder (2017) and Turtle (2018), as well as the first ever public screening of the new work, Seasons (2024).
