The Proposition: Uncollected Early Poems 1963–1983

An indispensable collection of Lyn Hejinian’s previously uncollected early poems from 1963 to 1983 – notably her first self-published book, The Grreat Adventure (1969–1970), and The Inclusions (1974–75).

The book also gathers critical essays by Charles Altieri, Lytle Shaw, Emily Critchley, Jacob Edmond, and Jessica Fisher.
