Sergej Jensen

“I dream I propose these works are sea walls between the vst ocean of the angry bourgeoisie and the true colors, the Kangals of the mind. When seeking engagement, my paintings come in fleets. The hope is they will not return, singly.”
—from Mark von Schlegell’s text, “The Auto-psychogeography of Sergej Jensen”

A slim, elegant book. Exhibitions views of Sergej Jensen’s solo exhibition at Staatliche Kunsthalle Baden-Baden in 2017 are accompanied by a reverie/essay by Mark von Schlegell, and introduced by a text by Magnus Schaefer.
