This book unfolds all the aspects of Henrik Olesen’s multilayered project, Mr. Knife and Mrs. Fork, a title inspired by René Crevel’s Babylone—a fantastic tale against all authorities, starting with the family. Photographs of Olesen’s pieces are accompanied by documents; texts by Josef Strau, Carla Cugini, and Chuz Martínez; the English translation of Antonia Artaud’s Pour en finir avec le jugement de Dieu; and a poem by Kurt Schwitters.
