A collection of six poems by K. Schippers, translated from the Dutch by David Colmer, written and manufactured at the Jan van Eyck Academy. The simple typeset and print reminds of the seventies, the time when Schippers made the famous magazine Barbarber. Hozen in de regen marks Schippers’ return to poetry after writing novels and essays on visual art for decades; they are witty, absurd, and show the everlasting influence of dadaism on his minimalistic work.
