This book documents the day to day workings of a specialist support service that looks after young adults with high functioning autism and related diagnoses / mixed diagnoses. (...) During the time of its composition the service was transitioning from one company to another, and at the very least this text hopes to highlight the effetc that this transition had on the individuals who lived at the service – the ineptitude of the provider and on a larger scale the inner contradictions of private care.
