This is the first comprehensive Baruchello's monograph published, covering almost seven decades of work. Prefaced by Achille Bonito Oliva and extensively introduced by his wife Carla Subrizi—Fondazione Baruchello artistic director—the book was published on the occasion of the same name exhibition held at ZKM Karlsruhe in 2014 curated by Dirk Luckow.

It presents many repruduction of worksa number of writings by the artist, an exhaustive documentation (technical data, photograms and synopses) of the films and other video productions made from 1963 to the present day, and a selection of texts on Baruchello's œuvre.
